FAQ
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No (unless you have favorite products, in which case we are happy to accommodate!), however we do ask that you supply a vacuum to prevent the spread of allergens & germs
Are home cleaning services taxable?
Yes, in the state of Minnesota janitorial services (including residential cleaning) are taxable
How often should I schedule cleaning?
We recommend an initial deep clean, and subsequent standard cleanings performed at least monthly, however many clients enjoy a perpetually clean home with weekly cleanings
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
While your presence at home is not required during our cleanings, if you do plan to be away, please ensure we have access to your property to perform our services smoothly
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept all standard forms of payment (cash, check, echeck and major credit cards)
Should I do anything to prepare for the cleaning?
It's much appreciated that our team enters a tidy home (floors and surfaces free of toys, clothing, and other items). This allows us to work most efficiently, providing the best results
